Dirty ears can lead to infections, odor, and serious discomfort — especially in floppy-eared breeds. Our ear cleaning is gentle, thorough, and included with every full groom.

Gentle Cleaning for Sensitive Ears

We use pet-safe ear solution to soften wax and debris, then carefully wipe the outer canal. We never push deep into the ear, and we always check for redness, odor, or signs of infection. If we notice anything concerning, we will let you know so you can follow up with your vet.

Especially Important for Floppy-Eared Breeds

Breeds like spaniels, hounds, and poodles trap moisture in their ear canals, making them prone to infections. Regular cleaning as part of grooming keeps air flowing and problems at bay. If your dog shakes their head often or scratches their ears, it may be time for a clean.

How often should my dog's ears be cleaned?

Most dogs do well with ear cleaning every 3 to 4 weeks during grooming. Floppy-eared or allergy-prone dogs may need it more often — we will advise you based on what we see.
